Wells Software Consulting LLC is a software consultancy. We take on a limited number of engagements so the engineers who scope your project are the ones who build it.
Plenty of firms will sell you a discovery phase, a deck, and a team you never met. We were built to be the other option: senior engineers, working directly with you, shipping software you own outright.
The range is deliberate. A connected product is rarely one discipline — it is firmware on a constrained part, a cloud backend, a mobile app, an identity story, and increasingly a model in the middle of it. When those live at four vendors, the integration risk is yours. When they live with one team, it is ours.
That range is also why we will tell you when something is not a fit. A pure design engagement, a pure data-science research problem, a compliance audit that needs a licensed auditor — we will point you at someone better rather than stretch.
