Wells Software Consulting LLC is a Chicago systems engineering practice. Principal engineers scope, build and run every engagement.
B2B growth now runs through systems: pipelines that verify their own targets, websites that quote and qualify, and products that AI agents can query directly. We engineer those systems end to end and the infrastructure they run on.
The practice spans three areas that most firms split across vendors: autonomous GTM and deal-desk engineering, production MCP servers and agentic workflows, and distributed, bare-metal and GPU systems architecture. Keeping them in one team is deliberate. A pipeline is only as good as the deal desk it feeds, and an AI workload is only as affordable as the infrastructure under it.
